Are you using Google Reader to sync or Feeds? Are you getting an error? Does your folder have any feeds in it? If your folder has no feeds in it the folder will not be displayed. If the website chooses to only put a single line summary in the RSS feed that is all that Feeds will get. Some website owners put a lot of information in the feeds while others only put a single line in an effort to get you to go to the website. Feeds does not and will not ever download full websites. This would be disastrous to battery life to say the least. I can't imagine you will find any application that will download full websites due to this fact and also the massive amount of bandwidth it would take. I can say that we have a small update going out Monday (as long as there are no more bugs found this weekend) that will add category unread counts and a few other minor details.
